As part of the authorization pathway, BRH has requested that Konekte restructure into a Société Anonyme (S.A.) and meet the required minimum social capital of 5,000,000 HTG before final authorization can be granted.

Leadership

Wilex Roger
Founder & Lead Architect
Born in Cité Soleil and raised in Carrefour, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many Haitians face in accessing economic opportunities and financial services.
Through education, public service, science, and technology, I became committed to building long-term solutions that can strengthen economic participation and financial inclusion in Haiti.
Konekte was created to modernize digital payments, merchant tools, NGO solutions, and financial access through technology designed specifically for Haiti's realities.
Konekte is no longer simply an idea. The platform infrastructure has already been built and technical documentation has been submitted to BRH. The primary challenge ahead is completing the regulatory and capitalization requirements necessary to operate at full scale within Haiti's financial ecosystem.
