Founder & Platform Architect
Founder and creator of Konekte. Wilex leads platform design, development, and governance — building secure, scalable digital infrastructure for partners, merchants, and users. He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry (Florida State), an M.P.H. (Purdue Global), and is pursuing an M.S. in Biostatistics at Brown University.
Jenny Roger

Jenny Roger leads Konekte's strategic vision and organizational growth. She oversees partnerships, operations, and platform expansion, ensuring the company delivers accessible and trusted digital commerce solutions to the communities it serves.

Abner Benjamin is a technology expert with over 15 years of experience in software and network systems. He holds a master's degree in computer science with a specialization in networks and focuses on building secure, reliable, and accessible digital commerce infrastructures.

Co-founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Jephte Leroy leads Konekte's financial strategy, overseeing planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure sustainable growth. With a background in accounting and entrepreneurship, he builds strong financial systems, optimizes resource allocation, and supports investment and partnership strategy. As a co-founder, he contributes to shaping Konekte's long-term vision with a focus on discipline, transparency, and impact.

Paul Assenel oversees Konekte's legal strategy, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and strong governance across all operations. He manages regulatory frameworks, contracts, and partnerships, helping the platform operate securely across jurisdictions. As a co-founder, he plays a key role in structuring the organization and supporting sustainable, legally sound growth.
Leonard Adolphe
Co-founder & Director of Ecosystem Development & Financial Education
Leonard Adolphe is an economist, personal finance coach, speaker, author, and entrepreneur dedicated to the holistic development of individuals and communities. He is the founding president of Kominote Milyonè Yo (KMY), a Christian entrepreneurial association with over 1,200 active members and 320+ volunteer leaders, working toward empowering 100,000 members by 2035 across Haiti and the diaspora.
