Zero Tolerance Policy
Konekte maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We absolutely prohibit any form of content, communication, or activity that involves minors in harmful, exploitative, or sexually inappropriate ways.
Nature of Our Service
Konekte is an agent-assisted cash deposit and withdrawal service operating in Haiti. Our platform facilitates financial transactions through a network of verified agents.
Important: Konekte is NOT:
- A messaging platform
- A social media platform
- A media-sharing service
- A content hosting platform
Our service is strictly limited to financial transactions. Users cannot share images, videos, messages, or any other content through our platform beyond basic transaction notes.
Strictly Prohibited
The following activities are absolutely prohibited on Konekte:
- ✕Any content, imagery, or material depicting child sexual abuse or exploitation
- ✕Grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
- ✕Sexual exploitation or trafficking of minors
- ✕Any communication or activity that sexualizes or endangers children
- ✕Financial transactions related to child exploitation
Detection & Enforcement
Konekte actively works to prevent abuse through:

- ✓Monitoring of transaction patterns and user activity
- ✓Immediate investigation of any suspicious activity
- ✓Permanent account termination for violations
- ✓Cooperation with law enforcement investigations
Legal Compliance & Reporting
Konekte is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws regarding child protection, including:
- • Haitian national laws on child protection
- • International conventions on the rights of the child
- • U.S. federal laws (18 U.S.C. § 2258A) regarding CSAE reporting
Mandatory Reporting
If we become aware of any suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation material or activity, we will immediately report it to:
- • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline
- • Haitian National Police (Police Nationale d'Haïti)
- • Other relevant law enforcement authorities
